A tribute to Twinkly

Kim’s cat, Twinkly, passed away lastnite. She was so sad that she kept crying the whole nite. Wanted to kept it from her initially to let her mum break the news to her but decided to tell her myself…so sad… U must be wondering why she reacted so strongly over the death of the cat…well, 3 months, she saw Twinkly, then a stray cat by the drain, badly injured, while she was on her way to work. And being the typical animal lover, she decided to bring it back and nurse it back to it’s health…after consulting various vet, twinkly’s health was in pink for the 1st 2 months. But by the third month, it suddenly deteriorates. And before we could do more, she starts to give up on herself…and finally passed away peacefully lastnite at 7.45pm… It was truly a sad moment but we are glad that we gave her 3 wonderful months. Keeping her out of the street and providing her with care that she mite not even dreamt of…alas, she had to go… To kim: I was sincerely touched by u and ur mum’s passion for animals. Though it only a short moment that we shared with twinkly, I could sensed that she really found comfort in the hands of u 2… To twinkly: thanks for the many memories: trying to eat from my plate; stealing chicken and ham during Christmas; sleeping beside me…wherever u are, we will pray for u….
