Wrting a blog

With the recent hullabaloo on blogging, writing blogs have become an unpleasant task, let alone wanting others to read. It has becoming ridiculously hazardous. Sensitivity level has gone up not one, but several notches, hence resulting in an increase on censorship of one’s blog. Writing a blog has suddenly becoming very stressful. What to write about and what not to write about. Somehow, somewhere, there are eyes watching. Even the slightest of annotations make will be penalized. Scary isn’t it? Luckily, I write only nonsensical stuff on my blog. Have been getting warnings from my fellow workers not to write anything about them, especially things that happened in office. How lah like dat? No fun liao leh. Cannot write about gahmen (they are watching, remember?), cannot write about fellow countrymen (er, sedition?), cannot write about beliefs (wah lau, super duper sensitive, can?), then how? So I decided that from now on, all post will be as mundane as watching Taiwanese drama; painfully slow and uneventful… Of course, I’m just bull shitting, Ah!!!

My date with a Vampire

Was channel surfing late last night and saw this horrigible show on channel 8. A Hong Kong drama serial about vampires being transported back and forth the Song dynasty and year 2004 . WTF??? Even the Hong Kong govt (in the show lah) are also aware of their existence (Again, WTF!!!). wah lau eh, got better plot or not? And to top it up, this one is the third installment!!! Wah kao, vomit blood siah. To trust that they actually come out with such crappy show and to think channel 8 actually show it… CRAP!!!

My irritating neighbour

As the result of an irresponsible neighbour, my supposing 6 hrs of sleep has been cut short to 2.5 (maybe shorter) hrs. I am seriously contemplating of filing a police report against them. Don’t get me wrong, I have no intentions what (so) ever to get anyone in trouble. But who the hell would have the right of mind to knock on the floor at 12.30am in the morning!?!? For heavens’ sake, your family is not the only one living in the block! It belongs to all the residents. What did you feed your brain? Shit? To further fuelled the situation, you actually turned on the tele volume so loud as though it was only 8pm in the evening. So loud so that when I knocked onto your door at 1.10am, you actually did not hear it (or pretending not to, whatever). Hence, resulting to my difficulty in getting back to slumber land, despite having to wake up at 4ish am to work. Thanks, my selfish neighbour. I SERIOUSLY hope that after my visit, the authorities will kick you and your family's sorry asses and serve you guys with such stern warnings that will make you realized what a pest you guys are!!! Damn it, knnbccb!!! P/S Pardon me for my vocal outburst. This is not the 1st time.

Happy B'day!!

The night started with a decent meal of pasta and salad at Rocky Master. Not really that fantastic but edible. We then skipped over to the original meeting place for her b’day celebration. Drinks were already ordered by one of the brudders. 3 bottles of whiskey and 6 jugs of beers is not really a mean feat, considering the number of people attending. That was 7.30pm. By 9 pm, there were only 5 of us. Panic started to kicked in when brudder Chris mentioned: “even if no one comes, we still have to finish the 6 jugs of beer and at least a bottle of that whiskey”. So instead of just plain boring drinking, I suggested that we play dice game. A game that I am so confident that I won’t have to drink too much. By 11pm, I was pissed. No matter what kind of dice game I played, lady luck just wasn’t with me. When it was time for her to blow and cut her cake, I was already in la la land. Don’t even know how I end up singing the Cantonese version of birthday song and help distribute the cake that was cut up thereafter. Went home in stupor state. And hell ya, it was Kim’s b’day celebration and I got drunk. HAPPY HATCHDAY, KIM!!!

I is very sick II

As much as you want to be independent of your parents as you grow older, things happened to render you pondering if it is a good idea at all. You see, my parents are away on a holiday trip and coincidently, I fell sick the same day. And after a deep slumbering due to strong medication, I woke up to an empty house greeting me with deafening quietness… But the terrible part is to conjure up the remaining strength left in my over-aching body to walk to the hawker centre to buy food. Everything that is instant at home has been emptied. Damn, living in solitary is no fun, especially when you are sick to the bones…

I is very sick

The flu refused to go away. The medicine doesn't work well. Only dry up the mucus that blocked up my breathing path. Woke up in the middle of the night out of breathe. Seems like have to make another trip to the doc...

Sounds from hell

Listen to this and judge for urself. Courtesy of this blog.

Katrina

I’m quite shock with the lack of support for the victims of Hurricane Katrina, since USA is a big country in which man power should be more than adequate to deploy. However, help is slow. Since qute a number of blogs has already gone into depths with the mentioned issue, I should not dwelled into it. Just do your part, donate to the Red Cross American or something. Otherwise, pray for the victims.

Staff dinner at Market café located at Merchant Court Hotel. 2 ex-colleagues, Shyh Jih and Anne were invited. Main event, however, was the farewell of the soon out-going CEO, Denis. The team presented a gift in form of a key pouch from Dunhill. Funnily enough, it was bought from Mustafa (donch know why, just find it funny). After dinner drink was at Indochine, Clarke Quay. Strangely enough, I was hit by flu bug as soon as I entered that place (am still having it). Despite that, we still had quite a fair bit of fun, although nobody was even close to getting high. Adios Mr Malone, all the best endeavor in your next career path. ------------------------------------------------------------- In other news, I came upon the KFC coupons give out that bundled together with the papers. In excess to the weird stuff they are already selling, they even have cheng t’ng in the menu. I mean, WTF?? Aren’t they supposed to sell only fastfood? What happened to the the term fastfood? And hell ya, the cheng t’ng selling at your friendly hawker centre has officially labeled as fastfood!!! How about a ice kachang and chengdol soon??

有时侯, 我很希望你一直在我身旁. 那夜的回忆, 我只能掩藏在心里. 因为你的爱已经变了心. 现在, 我仍然独自的在雨中哭泣..
